What is the easiest way to rent a storage unit? The easiest way is right here on our website. Once you have completed the rental process, you will receive an email and/or text message with information on how to access your storage unit. If you would prefer, you can call us to set up an appointment for us to meet at the facility to fill out the paperwork.
Keep an inventory of what is in your unit. When you are looking for something, you will be able to tell if it is at home or in storage. Insure your stored goods. It is best if you have insurance on your stored items as our insurance does not cover your stored goods. Keep the snow cleared. You are responsible to keep the snow/ice cleared in the area within 3 feet of the front of your unit.
5x10 This storage unit is approximately half of the size of an average bedroom. It will hold a couch, chair, chest of drawers, boxes and small items or 85 medium boxes. As a reminder, the sale can be cancelled at any time up to the payment in full by high bidder if the Lessee in default pays their balance. First off, they make everything so easy. You can check availability of units and rent them right on their website. They send you step by step instructions on how to unlock the lock on the door, how to use your own lock (which they provide for you, and you are welcome to keep once you move out), and how to lock it back up once you vacate the unit. They send you an invoice each month and making payments is super easy and done right on their website. The website is very easy to navigate. The people are very friendly and happy to help with any issues or questions. The units are clean and very well
