They installed a new unit for us 6 years ago. We have had issues every year, and now the compressor is out. I left a message for a call back 6 days ago and not a peep from anyone. Come to find out, the compressor didn't even match up with the unit they installed. $1000 for new compressor, $400-600 for repairman time. Chris Cotter was in charge at that time, but no longer there. We have someone fixing it now who is actually doing it right.
