Called them with an emergency garage door repair and they came out promptly to evaluate the problem. The gentleman was professional and even had to return to his Bloomington office to get the necessary part, and some additional help, but returned just as quickly to finish the repair. Highly recommend!! Excellent service! Will definitely call this company again for any future garage door issues.

Our garage door used to open and close randomly. I hired Tom and he reprogrammed the door but the random behavior continued. He then took the initiative of contacting LiftMaster and replaced the circuit board. The problem continued. He then talked again with LiftMaster and implemented their suggestion. The problem hasn't recurred in the last few days. Although I had to initially follow up with Tom, he seems to have done more than what I paid him for. I particularly appreciate that he took ownership of the problem and went out of his way to solve it. I also admire that he was honest in telling me
