I really wanted to like this company and I know a lot of people have had good experiences with them. Don Sharp seems like a very good guy but the people who work for him... not so much. About a year ago I tried using this company for gutter replacement. I was given the wrong estimate and was told “I will fix this” when I brought it up. I never heard from them again. Tried giving the company a second chance and ordered a couple windows. The window guy was really hard to get a hold of. The employees were late for both the estimate and the installation. Tardiness is a big pet peeve of mine and

I spoke with the Don (Owner) in regards of getting some tile work done for the laundry room. He was a such a nice person and very humble. He informed me that he would passed my information on to his colleague Daniel; within a few days (due to the Holidays) I received a phone call. I explained to Daniel what I wanted to have done and I was scheduled. This company is very accommodating. Daniel stayed in constant contact with me from start to finish, ensuring that everything was going well. The crew finished on time and did a GREAT job. Don and his team did a suburb job. I have worked with a lot of contractors in the past and I have never had a team that was so thorough and complete. From start to finish, the communication and execution was great. We had 16 windows installed to replace the screens on our back porch. The openings were no square and it took careful attention to make sure things looked perfect. We could not be happier with the results. I would highly recommend Don and his team for any job.

We contacted Don Sharp Home Improvements to repair what we thought was just a few missing shingle tabs from wind damage. They came out to do the repair and noticed more wind damage than we could see from the ground. They advised us to consider speaking with our insurance company. We did. The insurance adjuster decided it would be best to replace the whole roof. Nearly a year ago, we started work with a different contractor to finish our bonus-room. After a number of cost-overruns, missed-deadlines, constant excuses and questionable workmanship, we fired the contractor.
We were left with the nightmare of a partially completed bonus-room that needed a lot of work to try and get back on track. We then started looking for other contractors to finish the job.
