Responsiveness TERRIBLE, aside from the contractor we met.
Messy, I now have to haul off hundreds (possibly) 1,000lbs of concrete.. That's after MY HUSBAND and I jackhammered the dried concrete.
They had ZERO problems collecting the 50% upfront but literally 1.5 moths for job to be started, with ZERO contact from owners that they have in THEIR contract.
Will not refer nor use again!
Heed the warnings people, if these reviews are written the company is garbage.

Contractor was great in the beginning, all started out nicely. Contract signed, 50% paid and then NOTHING!
Contract states that we will be contacted within 72hrs by the owner, didn’t happen.
My husband who initially started this, had impromptu travel so this became my headache.
Called the company 3 days in a row at different hours; NO ANSWER. I’m human, I get it; people eat and get busy, but 3 days in a row??
So I called my husband to give me the cell number of the contractor, he called me back right away and let me know that we were 3rd in line. Some contracts got backed up due to rain

First impressions were good. Professional. But after that it was all down hill. I had to constantly texted call and email to get any type of updates on the job, witch I didn't always get a response. Only after threatening to get a refund they finally came out to start the job a week after the contract was stated for. It then still took over a week for them to somewhat complete the job. After it was done another week and a half for them to come back and remove some of the forms. The attention to detail was over looked no care was given to the end product. Will not/never recommend then to anyone

I called Western Branch Concrete for an estimate to complete a driveway in concrete. No one answered when I called so I left a message. That same night I did receive a call back from the company representative and told him what I was looking to have completed and wanted to have someone come out and give me an estimate. During our phone call he was very rushed and made it seem like I was inconveniencing him. He asked for my information which I gave him and said they would get back to me with an estimate. It’s been over a week and still haven’t heard anything from them. They seem very unprofessional

I made three major mistakes:
1. I did not research the company well enough,
2. I paid them before I tested their product, and
3. I trusted the management to fix identified problems.
This job seemed a straightforward replacement exactly of an old driveway with new fresh concrete. Nothing special.
I did little research into the company and was impressed with the presentation and comments of the project salesman. When the job ended I paid immediately as they said they needed the money to meet payroll. I paid them before there was any rain. After the first rain it was apparent there was a problem

A complaint has been filed with the Better Business Bureau for the following reasons:
1. The incorrect color cement was poured on day one. As soon as they were notified they stopped pouring. 2. Forms laid and concrete poured while I was not on site did not follow the specified layout in the supporting contract documents. 3. Area's poured that did follow the general layout were of the wrong measurement. 4. Oil/hydraulic fluid leaked all over the street. 5. Concrete delivery truck washed out into storm drain (illegal). 6. Sealed concrete same day as poured leading to an inconsistent seal. 7. Numerous

Words cannot describe how pitiful this company is. My 50k pool has had a host of problems. I have considered selling my wonderful home because of my issues surrounding my pool. The concrete has had to be replaced around my pool for instance. I had to settle out of court, and I only got about half of my money back for replacing the concrete. The pool has been poorly designed, and I have had to replace multiple items to keep it working.
