This company is HORRIBLE! Do not use them! They were hired to pack my grandmothers entire house and move her out of state and paid over 10k for the entire service. They were supposed to pack everything and label the boxes. They did not label the boxes with what was actually in it. And just threw items in boxes anywhere. We went through a box labeled food and it had documents and cameras in the bottom of the box. The owner is nice but the staff did not do as asked and what was supposed to be done. On top of all that they were supposed to stiff hitch the car to bring it here and they ended up driving

Jon and Dylan did a great job for us loading all furniture and boxes into our trailer. Professional, personable and moved quickly and efficiently. Would use Merchant movers again! Did have a hard time contacting the company...maybe just phone line issues because once reserved. They were excellent!

I hired Merchants Moving to help me unload a pod into a storage garage after a cross country move. They showed up promptly and were decently priced. Mike, the owner, was incredibly diligent at returning phone calls and I found him to be very honest and friendly. His crew took good care of my items and followed instructions well. I would happily use them again for moving assistance and recommend them to anyone else who needs it!

Dylan and his crew did a great job with our office move Friday January 22nd. They showed up right on time and we walked through our office suite to get an understanding of what was being moved and to where. We had them stopping at (4) locations to include the dump and we appreciate them doing this. I would recommend using them to anyone and will certainly call your company for any future moves.

We wanted a recliner delivered earlier than the in-store delivery. I wondered if a moving co. could help. I chose Merchants Movers because the ad said "family-owned". We're thankful we did. They were so accommodating to our needs while being courteous and friendly. They actually fit us in for the next day! The two nice young men were polite and more than helpful. It was such a pleasant experience. No qualms about recommending them or using them again. Thank you Merchant Movers!

We called merchants moving to have a large safe moved to our new house. The guys did absolutely amazing, covered the floors, helped me with positioning as the space we had was a little tight. Would absolutely recommend them for small or large jobs. So kind and very accommodating.
