My heater broke down, and after diagnosing myself I found out the control board was fried. Called them to see if they have the parts, and the person on the phone kept trying to score by sending me a technician to look at it when I've already diagnosed and she said we might have the part "but I'm not sure but we can send someone to take a look at for you". I bought two space heaters to keep my family warm and ordered the parts over night.

I want to shout out Michaels Certified Air. They gave us an amazing deal on a new HVAC unit, worked with our solar and roof replacement companies and squeezed in fixes so the Roofer could stay on schedule. Mike has a great team that does great work. Mike personally stopped by and made sure the project stayed on schedule during the roof inspection phase and saved us major head aches from delays. Thank you, Mike, and your team for your award winning service and personal investment into our home!

We asked for a price on a bigger unit than he had in his shop waited days for it and sent several emails and never got a response.

Very unhappy with this company ! My ac broke over a month ago and I turned it into my insurance expecting the job done in a professional, timely fashion . However that is not what I got . Instead I’ve been rescheduled 3 times, with excuse after excuse. Not to mention my wife has had to endure extreme heat in our home for over a month along with myself kids and 71 year old ant . And to top it off they gave us a portable ac unit witch blew my breaker in every room . Witch made it unusable. Very poor communication and customer service . Will never use this company again .

Michael’s is the best for HVAC work in Ridgecrest. We have had them out to our residence and our rental to install ductless systems. They are prompt, professional, and efficient. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Awesome service. Used them several times for a variety of repairs, removals, and installs. They will continue to be my go to HVAC company.

Michael’s did a great job. Fairly knowledgeable along with good work.
My only slight nitpick is that the mini split in the living area were not insulated around install point. This leads to noticeable energy loss on the hottest days. This is a common issue though. I trust them to work on my house, and I know if I read reviews, that is what matters to me.

The gentleman who usually come out to help are great. The woman I always end up speaking to on the phone, I would say not so much. I hate calling because I don't like how rude she is. Otherwise, great service.

Always on time, very hard working (even in 100+ heat). Clean up after themselves. And they keep in touch...if Michael is going to be a bit late, you will get a call.

Technician's were on time, and immediately started working on resolving the problem. Gave me a quote to fix the issue, and fixed it within probably half an hour. They were quick and concise, no messing around. Final price matched his quote for the fix. Would recommend and use again.

Very helpful, professional, and honest. He helped me get a brand new dual pack unit through my insurance in the summer heat of 2018 during my first summer in my new house. Couldn’t be any happier and satisfied. Quality of work is amazing. He’s highly recommended and easy to work with.
