David was super responsive whenever we needed help with our radiator heating system and even attempted to explain over text just in case it was an easy fix. My husband and I have never had radiator heating before so he took his time explaining the maintenance for it so we could understand how to do it ourselves. Absolute Precision is great! Very responsive when it came to setting up the appointment and the needed services. They also do a great job of talking you through the solutions for your home, as opposed to giving you a quote with no context on why you need what they quoted. I felt the pricing was very reasonable, too. To me, they set the standard in terms of how you service a home and make a client feel at ease.

David was awesome in communication and setting our expectations. Arrived within the time he scheduled. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and made the fix to our drain pipe and flange joint a high quality solution. David also fixed the pitch of the drain so future issues would not occur.

I really liked the fact that we communicated in which I sent pictures via text messages to determine what kind of water heater and parts are to be used. I reached out to a couple of plumbing companies on Yelp, but David was the only one that provided an honest assessment after reviewing the pictures he requested. I didn't use this company's services because we decided it would be better to just replace our dish washer after the recommendations David made over text messages. I will definitely use their services in the future when another issue arises.

I used Yelp to put out a request to get my the faucet in front of my house replaced. David reached out to me and requested some additional information and pictures which he requested. After sending them he gave me a reasonable quote and we set up a date for service through the Yelp messaging app.

Had a bathroom sink clog and a leak under the sink. Called them this morning. Took them a few hours to get back to me, but they came over within 2 hours of the call. For a beautiful Saturday, I can't complain about that. They gave me a fair price, and completed the job to my satisfaction. Friendly, efficient and worth the wait. Our hot water tank stopped working on Tuesday. It was 11 years old. We didn't know who to call. I did what everyone would of probably done and googled local plumbers. The one in town never answered and never returned my call. I then called Absolute Precision Plumbing & Heating. David answered my call and I explained to him that we didn't have any hot water. Called with a request for a plumber and after talking to me and hearing my situation they actually told me to send some pictures of my tub as it was something i was trying to tackle myself but ran into a road block. I texted some pictures and they walked me through the install of a new shower cartridge without having to send anyone over for a costly repair. They provided useful advice before even giving me a quote which shows they are happy to help, even without the guarantee of money.
They were on time, courteous and clean workers. They gave me a really clear explanation of what I needed to do afterwards and we're very patient with my questions (even though I had my hands full with a cranky baby).
Afterwards they have been helpful with questions.

Kitchen faucet broke and I needed it replaced asap. I called another plumber in town first and left a message but they didn't get back to me until much later. In the meantime I called Dave and he got as much info from me as he could over the phone and made some time for me same day. He was very professional and CLEAN! He wore the boot covers without us asking which was great because we don't wear shoes in the house. Got the job done well and quickly. Glad I found him and will definitely use him again.

We have a low water pressure on our sink faucet and I called Absolute Precision Plumbing and just by sending them the pictures of our faucet , David was very knowledgeable and identified the problem right away on what's causing the low water pressure ..
