Jason and Caden from Element Hearth and Home came by to inspect and sweep our two wood-burning stove chimneys, and everything about the interaction was great. We were able to speak in person via phone to schedule an appointment time (not a time window like the cable companies), they arrived precisely on time, introduced themselves upon arrival, removed their shoes upon entering, asked if we had any questions, and then set to work. They talked us through our systems so we understood them fully (we're new to the home), and hopped up on the roof to inspect from above, as well. They left everything

Professional, safe, affordable and friendly! My wife and I recently purchased a new home in Twin Cities, and were in search of a quality chimney inspection and cleaning service. Communication was excellent through the entire process. Dates and times for the estimate and the actual work were set and kept. Jason talked about the options I had and explained them. That afternoon I received a confirmation E-Mail, and I accepted the terms. Within ten days a work day was scheduled. In less than two week job completed. Thank you Element Hearth and Home.

We bought a Groupon for fireplace cleaning and inspection from Element Hearth and Home back in October for $75, which I thought was a great deal (I was seeing $100-200 at other companies). Although I ran into some scheduling and communications issues at the beginning, the company reached out to apologize and offer an immediate appointment to rectify the problem.

Best service ever. I have had 3 chimney sweep services to my house over the years. This is most honest, thorough and professional of any home repair/service in ANY industry. We had a new flue liner and cap installed.
The company was easy to communicate with.
They had to come back for an adjustment and did so willingly and cheerfully.
They made sure our fireplaces and chimney were working properly and gave me pictures to document problems and resulting fixes.
I would recommend this company.
They know how to fix fireplaces and chimney with precision and skill.
They want the customer to be assured of their work to the upmost satisfaction.

Very nice people who offer an inexpensive service IF you can get in touch with them. I was offered a refund by Jason after my fireplace doors weren’t installed well/to their standards. That was almost a year ago and still no refund. They won’t return calls or emails, even when I’ve requested additional services. Now I just feel confused.
