This place came highly recommend but what a disappointment. Had a scheduled 12pm appointment at my home and no one showed up or even called. I called the office and they wanted to reschedule. I scheduled the appointment around my lunch time and I can not waste my time driving back and forth if no one is going to show up. Will have to find another custom glass place that knows how to treat customers

Former employee.. was laid off one week before Christmas. Wasn't given any reason or explanation as to why besides "things are slow" "it's nothing personal".. for the brief time I worked there I saw atleast 4 employees come and go. I was the most experienced of four apprentices and was let go before two others who were less experienced then myself.I commuted a hour and a half each way via train public transportation which I thought showed some of my dedication but clearly not. Was told not to come into the shop to clock in or out Many times for the simple fact the owner wanted to save a couple
