When it comes to protecting your asphalt investment, there's no better way to protect it than using a sealer on your driveway, parking lot, or road. Most sealers are made up of a coal tar that can be hazardous to your health. Pitch Black Paving uses only the highest quality sealer. We ensure your driveway will be done right the first time, and we warranty our sealcoating work for a period of 2 years.
We hereby warranty all sealcoating applications from the time the application is applied. We will stand by our workmanship on all written contracts under the following conditions and guidelines. If you have any warranty issues with your driveway we will resolve the problem within reason. 1. Pitch Black Paving will not be responsible for any harmful chemicals, vehicle, animal, or foot traffic until sealer is completely cured.
