First company I called when I found out we had mold in one of our bathrooms. They knew I was concerned and had Oliver come out same day when I called them. Oliver was amazing!! I couldn't find the source of a smell in my kitchen but I knew something was wrong . Oliver came over and discovered my dishwasher was leaking towards the back and soaking the cabinets & outer wall of my kitchen with every wash . It was forming Mold which was causing the smell .
He sat there as I cried , and talked me through the process and ensured me it will be ok and can be fixed with them start to finish. He had his crew out the next day to to remediate the dangerous mold so me and my son would not be breathing it anymore . Enrique and Javier did the remediation and demo very quickly

If you have any issues with flooring, make sure to call mold eliminators. Had flooring issues from a leaking toilet, and Oliver was able to come help me out last minute on a Saturday. Oliver told me what needed to be fixed and I could do myself to avoid thousands of dollars. Oliver even followed up with me afterwards to double check how everything went with the repairs. If anyone has any random issues with leaks, make sure to reach out to Oliver.

I had a water heater burst and flooded my house, it was a Sunday and called Mold Eliminators and they came right out and took care of everything,Craig made things so smooth, it was a lot easer than I thought it would be ,I highly recommend this company and give them 110%.They were always on time and cleaned up there mess and got done with the job earlier than they estimated .Also very honest about everything , made sure I understood everything they were going to do.

Called this guy talked to me like I was a stupid woman so sad how guys can treat women I just wanted to see if I had mold or not so I know if my kids r safe but this guys must only deal with men sorry my husband is working and I am the one who deals with this stuff

Confidence in this company is completely lost. Craig came out in June and did an inspection and said he did not feel like there was a mold issue..he did not use any equipment, he did not do any type of testing, he just looked at my shower and said he did not feel there was an issue.
After several rounds with the property manager, a tile repairman was sent from a different company who started to remove tiles and said he had to stop because there is DEFINITELY evidence of mold.
He called his company who again contacted this company. Craig called me again to set an appointment but was confused

In July we called out Mold Eliminators to have them perform their free in-home inspection for mold. We found mold in our HVAC duct work and Craig was very helpful in first identifying the problem and then getting a bid together. His team Bill, Oliver and the men were out the following day and removed the mold and within a few days we were back in business. The price was very fair. As you can imagine July in Las Vegas is extremely hot, so the fact that within a few days we were back to a cool living is due to the amazing team at Mold Eliminators.
