How long does it take to install a roof? It takes approximately 1-4 days depending on the size and type of project, but you can be sure we will work continuously on your project until complete. Do I need to move my vehicles? Vehicles near the building will usually need to be moved away. Driveway should be kept clear to allow for access for the dump truck and delivery of materials.
The team that Jeremy sent out to replace our roof was of the most professional team I have experienced. Not only were they courteous, but they answered any questions, concerns, and kept me informed on the project. I will refer them every time. They left the property cleaner than when they arrived. I’ve had 2 homes roofs done. The first they left a ton of nails in the yard at one and the gutter covers have never been the same. A few years later I’ve had work done on both houses around the chimneys and both contractors said they’ll leak eventually because the flashing wasn’t done correctly. It sucks because it been a few years and I know I’ll just have to eat it and pay someone else to do it right.

We hired Dumanovsky to strip the two old layers off and install a new one. The crew of 8 guys showed up at 7:30. We left around 10 to go for a drive so our baby could take a nap. We ended up being gone a little longer than planned, but thought as long as we were back by this evening we'd be fine.
We got home at 2:15 just as they were finishing up. The roof looks amazing. The crew was fast and efficient, and the foreman Steve was very good at communicating and easy to work with. I strongly recommend this company.

Saved us $15,000! We discovered a slight leak in the attic from a roof pipe gasket. The roof repair guy said our roof was failing and it need to be replaced immediately. I called three roofing companies for estimates. The roof repair guy's company said our roof needed to be replaced and quoted us $15,000.
Jeremy Dumanovsky came out, said the roof was not failing, we could get at least another 5+ years out of it. Jeremy said to call him when we're ready for a new roof. He didn't provide an official quote, but said it would be around $12,000 for a new roof from his company.

A roofing Company that’s worth waiting for. If it would allow I would give them 6 stars.
Number 1 : They are on time and communicate very well if there is a scheduling problem. Number 2 : They get the job done quick and efficient. Number 3 : if your neighbors work 8-4 they might not even know your house had work done, yes they are fast.
I personally had seen them, or seen the result of work they have done on many of my neighbors roofs over the last 7-8 years.
I’m very pleased to have had them do my roof.

We received about 5 quotes before choosing Dumanovsky to do our roofing. They were reasonably priced, but not the lowest. We chose them because of the time and care the owner spent in explaining their materials and process.
Before our roof was replaced, we had a leak - their staff came to the house within hours to tarp the roof, free of charge, since we were already scheduled for replacement, and we had no further issues until replacement.
The replacement job itself was a breeze - the project was completed in 2 half days, by a very organized, professional crew. They did a great job with cleanup

I'm a retired General Contractor...I watched my Grandparents, Roy & Lois Durham, Willamina, and their family crew build our home in 1948...The roof is 5/12 hipped with two layers of split cedar shakes. Jeremy Dumanovsky and his family brought a big crew of master carpenters up and ripped off the old , installed the new in record time and left a perfect job. The crew cleaned the area very well and did not damage any plantings...attached is a "before shot"....Cindy won't allow any glamour shots released 'til we get it painted...Thankyou Jeremy and Jeannie Dumanovsky and family and their fine team
