I had trouble with my car starting so I was able to get it to Firestone since I was down the street. Taylor and Bill were PHENOMENAL. We left the car there since I had to go to work and I was able to pick up around 6p. Though it appeared that they were short staffed they both had a wonderful attitude, treated us with the upmost respect, and most importantly got my car back working properly. Would definitely take my care there again!

Do not trust their online reservation system. Completely ridiculous that you don’t call to let customers know that the requested appointment WAS NOT possible. If you are short staffed you need to let people know before they waste their time coming into your shop. I made a reservation for 7am and when I went in he said if I leave the car it could be done by noon, but I cannot just leave my car or wait around for five hours when I did my due diligence to schedule an appointment and drove thirty minutes to get here. I asked if I could come back at another time and he didn’t even try to work out

Taylor, at the counter, and Colton, the tech, provided customer service beyond my expectations from start to finish. While waiting in the lobby I was able to hear how Taylor interacts with customers over the phone and spoke to and responded to his customers in a highly mannerable and business way. Taylor is awesome! Love his customer service skills, and the jokes he has. He really knows how to make people laugh. I have been coming to this store for 16 years and have never had an issue. The crew here has always been very helpful. They try to get to know their customers, which is awesome. Will continue to bring my vehicle's here for service.

The man at the front desk, Taylor , was EXTREMELY kind! I am an 18 year old girl who got a flat tire on the road, and I had to be towed here because of some other issue I don’t understand. His customer service skills really eased my mind, and he offered to stay late to help even though I came in 30 minutes before close. I was in and out very quickly despite the issues. If i could give more than 5 stars I would!

I made an appointment a day in advanced because they have been busy which is fine, but i showed up to my appointment and waited 2 hours to get an oil change. A girl came in about 30 minutes into me waiting and she left with her car before i even got mine back. What the point of an appointment if i still have to wait all day and watch people come and go for AN OIL CHANGE. Also the most expensive oil change i've ever had even with a "coupon" from their website. They also tell you that you need to get 5 other things fixed totaling over $700 even though i has my car at goodyear a month ago and none

Went to Firestone at 10am for an inspection. The guy behind the counter said it would be about hour wait. I asked about alignments and brake fluid change. I decided I would make an appointment and have everything taken care of at the same time. I went home got online scheduled appointment for 2pm and made arrangements to be picked up. At 2pm I'm at Firestone. I told the guy behind the counter I have 2pm appointment. He said sorry we are booked for the day. I explained I made the appointment online. He said "well the problem with that is when you schedule it online I have to go in and confirm it
