Customer service is their priority. Usually Shannon helps but was Looking for a drain cap assembly. Paula took the time to search the right product out thru her distributor- twice. I had one on order thru another company but was out almost a week and after the LD Holiday. turns out she had one in inventory at half the price. Way to go Sunco.

Rude service people to say the least however their service was an even more horrendous experience and I personally will never do business with this company again. I hired this company to change my sand in my filter. This should have been maybe $100. Well needless to say when I received my invoice it was $389!!! They not only replaced my sand they also replaced the top multiport valve that did not need to be replaced and in putting my filter back together they put the chlorinator on wrong which caused it to stop working. I called the company 4 times and they came back all 4 times but never rectified

Very knowledgeable and friendly. We take a empty water bottle, fill it with our pool water and bring it in. They test it and tell us exactly what our pool needs, how much to use and how to add to the pool. And you can buy everything right there. Prices are the same as anywhere but so much more convenient to come here.
