We called Rick and Brooke at 911 Restoration emergently when our brand new home had water leaking into the basement. One small spot of mold inside turned into a huge mold problem behind our siding all song the back wall of our home. The builder initially tried to downplay what was going on. Rick stood up to our builder, knowing the builder was trying to take the cheap easy way out. Rick backed us up while forcing the builder to correct his construction mistakes and completely take down and properly reconstruct our home and pay for it. Rick and Brooke of 911 Restoration and their crew did an excellent job on our remediation and rebuild after a broken pipe flooded 3 floors of our home. They acted quickly to help get rid of the water, tear out wet building materials, and dry everything out to prevent mold. They were both thorough and reasonable in their costs and scope of work. We were out of town with our family when the absolute worst happened at our restaurant. A regular customer, fresh out of the hospital, came in to eat. While there his sutures came undone and of course he started bleeding. He was in a booth and got blood on the seat and on the carpet below.
