Carden installed the gutters on my new home that was built in August 2021. Sadly, there is one very small section of gutters (4in size) where a significant portion of roof water all runs to. My home inspector did report that the gutters were likely too small for that much runoff, but given I did not want to delay closing (especially in this market), I decided to just monitor the section and see if it would be okay, rather than ask about replacing with larger prior to closing. That was my mistake. Turns out, the gutters overflow with moderate rain. That's not the worst part, though.
