My husband and son picked up 6 carts worth of seasoned firewood on a Saturday. Having a Saturday after 2 pickup on its own is impressive but then all the firewood was right there on carts neatly. I got the pleasure of communicating with Amanda and she was awesome answering all my emails in a timely matter and completely. Didn't get a chance to interact with the delivery staff. But, I will definitely pickup more firewood in the future.

I have used this tree service many times in the past so, when I needed one large tree removed in the spring of this year I called them as well as one other company. Both companies gave me comparable quotes so of course I went with Rick’s. To make a long story short it is been 8 months And I’ve given up on Rick’s expert tree service and called another company. I was shocked to find out the prices have quadrupled since the spring and I feel that this may be the reason they are not returning my phone calls.
It’s a shame that I have to used this company for more than 10 years they are not

The team were amazing and removed a gigantic Pin Oak from my small yard, with very limited and challenging accessibility. Other tree companies said they could not do it, and Ricks made it happen safely and on time. John said there was no tree he could not remove, and he proved that today. I highly recommend Ricks!

It was a pleasure dealing with Rick’s Expert Tree Service. They came to do job within the stated lead time. John, their arborist, was very competent and did an excellent job removing some very large trees. Clean up was great too, including stump grinding. Would recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about this company! The service was immediate following Hurricane Ida. There were road closures and flooding everywhere and they found a way to get to my house and remove the fallen tree the morning after the tree went down. John was kind, respectful, and most helpful in advising me how to process my insurance claim as I have never had to do this before. Thank you so very much Rick’s Tree Service!

Rick's Expert Tree Service did a FABULOUS job removing an enormous 120+ foot tree from a very difficult location in my back yard. I can't say enough about the entire crew. John, Mark & their crew worked in extreme heat & humidity & when finished you would never know a tree was removed. The tree & all it's debris were gone. The tree was located in a very difficult spot, but John & Mark were able to maneuver their large vehicles & crane right into position without any damage to surrounding buildings or landscaping. Rick's Expert Tree Service is great! I had four trees removed from our back yard in a very tight spot. They had my tress down in a few hours even with a rain delay!. The project was fast, & clean, with no headaches whatsoever! I was amazed at how they removed the branches without damaging any of the buildings around or under them! They will be back tomorrow to grind the stumps and I expect that to go just a smoothly as today went. They completely transformed my yard! We had a HUGE oak tree ( over twice the height of our home) to be removed and I was very concerned due to its proximity to our house, and the fact that we have a fenced yard which meant they could not use their big trucks to get near the tree. The 4-man crew arrived and within 3 hours, had taken the tree down with precision that was impressive, and they also stacked about 2 cords of appropriately sized firewood for me as I had requested - the rest went into their chipper.
