At Hearthstone I believe that everyone deserves a beautiful home and that money really doesn't have anything to do with it. What sets Hearthstone apart from other designer's is pricing, speed, and the ability to recognize the personal styles of my clients.
Hearthstone's pricing is quite simple. I charge a $750 flat fee per room. Whether your project takes me eight hours or thirty hours to complete, it's the same great price per room. For smaller projects requiring an hour or so of consultation time, I charge an hourly fee of $75. Great design shouldn't take forever either.

We had a very good experience with Hearthstone. Scott was great giving us the initial quote, answering questions and explaining things. The guys who did the install in Fall, 2020, were honest and cared about doing a good job. They were happy to explain things as they worked and let us take pictures along the way. Well done, prompt professional work.
We went with a Pacific Energy Alderlea T5 insert and corresponding chimney liner for our 1920s era double brick, 2 storey home. The Alderlea model was what we wanted from the beginning - and luckily - one of the only inserts that fit our emewhat shallow

We bought our Jøtul gas fireplace at Hearthstone close to 10 yrs ago, great selection, service and really nice folks, 5 stars!
Just this past month the pilot light failed, but not due to quality of the unit. It was our fault for turning the pilot off during the warmer months, the valve corroded beyond cleaning from moisture that got into it, so we needed a new pilot assembly. Lesson learned, DO NOT SHUT THE PILOT OFF. EVER except when being serviced by a professional.
We contacted Hearthstone after not being able to get a timely response from anyone local, since it is a part unique to the unit
