We had a heat pump installed 4 years ago and love it. Installation was quick and painless they even cleaned up the mess behind them. I was worried about getting my ductwork cleaned so Rodger even added that to the installation at no charge! The guys are great! The only thing is that he said that the office would call me when it was time to service the heat pump but we've never been called in the 4 years of having it installed??

I was given the wrong timeframe for the appointment and missed meeting with the Technician who performed the work. When I called the office, I was met with indifference and my complaint and concern was dismissed. I wasn't listened to. The person talking to me ended the call by telling me the Technician/owner would call me back, then she made a sarcastic remark and hung up on me. I was completely dumbfounded. Beyond disappointing. I never received the call back, it's been 5 days. Three days ago, I emailed them with a follow request for a call. No response.

We recently purchase our home; the inspection team said our that our Carrier Infinity Heat Pump/AC unit was working fine. Sadly it failed a few months later. I called The Clean Air Act and was pleasantly surprised how friendly & quickly the owner Roger came out to inspect the unit. He worked feverishly with the Manufacturer to determine the issues. During that time he kept me well informed of the process and how long it would take. He made several calls and trips out to verify the problems and subsequently fixed it. Zero Problems to date.
