The roof inspection and quoting process was thorough and easy to understand. Once we agreed to the quote Marc and his team showed up on time, worked hard, and did an outstanding job cleaning up. I contacted Reitzel Home Improvement based on some great recommendations I found on NextDoor to make some repairs on my home that were serious, complicated, and frankly not much fun.
On the day the work was to be done, they showed up in force with about eight guys and swarmed all over the various projects. Not only did they do an outstanding job on the things we had agreed on them repairing, but they took it upon themselves to repair other problems that they found while working on the prescribed tasks and were not part of the original evaluation.

Definitely a five star experience! Best investment I have made! Crew was on time, professional, and skilled. New roof, gutters, and trim completed on schedule. Good value and final results look beautiful.

Reitzel installed gutters on my house. Partly because the house is old and nothing is built to standard, the installation was more difficult than it could have been. Add to that, one can only check to see if a gutter works correctly when it rains, and at the time, we only had sporadic showers. So after several phone calls and return visits, the gutters are channeling water away from the house, just like they are supposed to. I would give them 5 stars for the service, but I subtracted one because it took so many phone calls and return visits. Thanks especially to Nito.

I just received an absolutely thorough installation of a replacement roof system on my home, using quality products and professional installers. From start to finish, and even in follow-up, Reitzel built a roof I can definitely count on. I had two items of concern several days after the work was done, and the staff immediately addressed them both, meeting me at home at a convenient time to demonstrate their commitment to keeping their promises. It all came down to a man keeping his word and standing by his work. I unequivocally recommend Reitzel for their roof installations.
