DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!If I could give them no stars I would. Sean is a Crook and Thief!! He sold me a "factory sealed window" and tried to install a cheaply made window that was nothing more than two pieces of glass poorly sealed together. They attempted to install a wet non-sealed unit they claimed was from the factory. When I confronted Sean he lied to me and blamed the installers, the installer told me the truth that his boss was "cheap" and didn't want to spend the money on the proper unit I paid for since he had broken the original unit. Got a rock chip in my windshield again. Last one spidered out from my stereo system. The staff are really nice and they took care of my glass. The windshield was just replaced a few months ago so im hoping the chip repair will give me a lil more time. Didn't take them long and i was in and out in 30 minutes. Thanks for great service.

We purchased glass for our table top. They came out and took exact measurements. Like exact, including the curve at edges. They gave us an ETA of when it would be ready.
They did everything they said they would do, when they said they would do it. The tabletop came out perfect!! They who installed it was super nice. The price was also great.
We would totally recommend them. We are very happy with the service and finished product. We definitely got our moneys worth on this one.

Micah and Mac from Troy's glass came out to my flat early Friday morning to cut a mirror I had to fit my wardrobe. They were very kind and respectful. They were also very productive with their timing. They had it wall done within 40 minutes. The two men also installed it perfectly and went an extra step to add a screw into the wardrobe frame to safely secure the glass in for us. It was a kind gesture that they did not need to do but I greatly appreciated it. I would highly recommend their services to anyone. They're Fantastic! Thank you Troy's Glass !

We recently ordered some special glass from Troys. We chose Troys because we knew the new owner and knew he was a hard working stand up guy you can count on. The entire process could not have been easier nor the staff more friendly! The receptionist was incredibly nice and thorough in double checking all our numbers (we were custom ordering). The guys that made the delivery were so so helpful and went the extra mile in giving us tips and helping with placement, etc. I highly recommend Troys Glass and will definitely use them for all our glass needs.

I went there to get some glass cut to size for shelves. They quoted me a very reasonable price and took my order over the phone. They called me when the glass was ready a few days later as promised. The whole process took less than a week and they made it very easy for me. I asked for a quote on a custom sized mirror and they called me the next day with another reasonable price. I read the negative comments after I ordered the glass and got worried. I mentioned the reviews to them and they told me that the original owner sold the business to his brother who owns it now. Troy's 2 gentle men installed 2 glass sliding doors and 3 large windows for my new construction home. They did an excellent job working with my own material. To help prevent further labor fee's due to a framing issue they took a lunch break so the framing could be fixed and they finished the job on time when they got back. Very respectful and considerate of customers time, money, and material. Troys actually adjusted the original total pricing for me since they didn't use as much of their install material as they anticipated. I am very happy with their service. I will be using them

This year I was ready to work on my home. I went ahead and got a couple of other estimates. One was much higher and the other local glass co was similar. I went with Troy's because of their prior help. I now have energy efficient windows throughout my home.
The crew worked systematically and picked up after themselves all along. I really appreciated that. They did little extras like taking down window treatments

First experience I went through troys glass for my dinning room table glass was suppose to be done and delivered 2 days after order. Was not delivered till a week later they did all though take away my delivery fee still very inconvenient. Second experience I got a quote for my windows and went through hero program I got 7 windows and one widow turned into a patio door , electrical work was needed to move over electrical socket and wire in patio lights . Wiring was suppose to be ran through attic but was ran outside the guy they had do the work drilled holes through every single board in my patio
