I used this company several times. They were ok once, then just randomly made up charges to charge my credit card that you have to give to them to deliver the dumpster. I've been a contractor for 25 years and have dealt with tons of stress from sub-Contractors and vendors. This company has caused a ton of stress through double charges, random pickups and horrible customer service!! Don't be fooled by the up front quotes!

After a great deal of research 5280 had the best deal. The sales man was pleasant and very helpful. My only critical point is the day they came to pick it up was a Saturday and they came at 7am and of course I needed to move my car. So they woke me up, at 7am on a Saturday! I was not a happy camper, and had no idea they would be there that early. Had I known I would have made sure nothing blocked it!

UPDATE: Within 24 hours of bringing the issue to the company's attention I received two calls--one from the Director of Sales and one from the owner. Both were very eager to make things right. And they have (or are in the process of doing so). I understand that miscommunications happen and that all companies make mistakes from time to time, and I… appreciate that 5280 owned their mistake and made the extra effort to make things right. Not a lot of companies will do that. So, it seems 5280 is one of the few companies that still value their customers and try to do business the right way.

After having a bad experience with the first driver a couple of weeks ago (he broke of a couple of my tree branches), I have had a wonderful experience with the driver who came Tues 4-12. He was so polite and pulled the waste container out at an angle so as not to hit the tree limbs and without me even asking, he put the new waste container facing the opposite direction! I was loving it! His name was Gabe. So many thanks to Gabe for a great job!!! : )

We needed a dumpster and we were able to get same day delivery. The gentlemen who answered the phone was helpful when deciding which unit we would need, took care of all of the details efficiently and followed through with the delivery as promised. I called three other companies and they we unable to do same day delivery and didn't seem very interested in our business.

I had a great experience with them! Quick delivery, I even had short notice (I needed next day delivery). They accommodated my request & they were very quick, professional and super easy to work with. Came and picked it up when I was ready. The driver was super nice, called on his way, confirmed where I wanted the dumpster & it all went smoothly. It was a great price too! Very happy with the entire process & if I need a roll of again, they'll be who I call!

You should hire these guys if you want them to wreck your neighbor's property. Property damage happened on multiple occasions. I contacted Skip - the General Manager - with no results. The property damage has cost me over $1000 so far. I would pass on hiring these guys and their drivers. 5280 Waste Solutions may be cheaper on the front end, but you always getting what you paid for in the long run. I will never hire 5280 Waste Solutions - their trucks are just too big to do any residential service. Plus, there are plenty of other roll-off services to choose from. I'd recommend

There's no room for drama queens in this economy. As far as residential waste dumpsters go; it's a pretty simple business.
- Deliver a container for people to put waste in, pick it up, charge the customer. Sometimes you have to get a city permit...but it's not something that doesn't happen everyday.
So why can't this happen without attitude, and a 3 party call-back team?!
Let's start with their excuses:
1. They're too busy
2. They don't have enough containers
3. Compliance dictates they cannot place a container in the perfectly normal, flat and accessible
