From the minute I called Bordelon Septic Systems until the service technician left, one word describes my experience - exceptional. The very professional service technician identified the two problems with the septic system immediately and was effective and efficient in making the repairs very quickly. He cleaned the filters and then made sure the entire system worked properly from the intake all of the way to the three sprinkler heads. I would only call Bordelon Septic Systems in the future and recommend you do the same.

I wish there was a 10. I called Shelbi was GREAT on the phone answered all my questions.Maclane and Landon were AWESOME! They actually were here when they said they would.Asked if I had any question,concerns,told me to call if I needed anything or any questions.They left the yard as good or better than it was,couldn't even tell they were here.I will tell EVERYONE about Bordelon,I will ONLY use them from now on.Thank you so very much for your EXCELLENT SERVICE.Shelbi,Maclane & Landon you ALL GO ABOVE & BEYOND!!!!!!!!

The guys are very knowledgeable & professional. Their work was quick & they left my yard as clean as they found it. I learned a lot about my ancient septic tank and the plumbing from Bordelon’s and that’s exactly what I wanted out of the experience. I will definitely call them again & refer them as often as I can.
