Will came out with his guys to install central air to our house a year and a half ago. He was so fast, friendly, and reasonable! We recently had some problems with the vents and they came out to fix it for no cost. We 100% recommend Will and South Shore Mechanical to anyone!

Costumer service was great but they took 5 hours to figure out what was wrong with the furnace. They charge by the hour and the guy bought a $300 part that still didn’t fix the furnace. When we asked if they could at least return that part, he said no. Thankfully because they have a great receptionist, they eventually didn’t charge us for it. I had another company come in and look at our furnace, it took him less than 30 minutes to fix the problem and told me the previous company left a huge mess in the furnace. So either the person that worked on our furnace was inexperienced or he was scamming

Will and his team were incredible; among the most prompt, professional service I’ve ever received. I submitted an inquiry for a new demand water heater, and within 9 days an assessment was completed and the equipment was installed. My furnace died mid January and I called around trying to find someone to come look at it but every company I called wouldn’t be able to come look at it for atleast a week, then I struck gold when I got a hold of Will. He came out that day to diagnose the issue and had my furnace up and running in no time, he told me what had to be replaced and didn’t try to nickel and dime me. I highly recommend you call South Shore Mechanical before you call anyone else.
