We are a full service indoor Air Quality firm that provides mold assessments, mold inspections, mold testing and prevention to help protect you and your family from mold! Hiring a Certified Mold Assessor (CMA) to perform a thorough, visual assessment with proper mold test sampling is the best is the best way of determining whether or not there is a mold problem inside of your home.
Mold spores are microscopic and are not always seen during a visual inspection and can only be detected through mold testing. Mold growth is becoming more and more prevalent inside of homes across Atlanta due to water intrusion and elevated indoor humidity. Most mold problems are typically not identified until a proper mold assessment and mold testing have been conducted.
Atlanta Mold Testing is top notch. They were at my house within 24 hours before other testing companies had even responded to my request. They also had state of the art equipment including an infrared camera to see inside walls. We had the results back within the week all at a lower price than any other estimates we received.

Molds are part of the natural environment. Outdoors, molds play a part in nature by breaking down dead organic matter such as fallen leaves and dead trees. The growth of mold indoors should be avoided. Molds reproduce by means of tiny spores; the spores are invisible to the naked eye and float through outdoor and indoor air.
In recent years, mold and mildew have been widely publicized. The media has alerted Americans to the possible health risks of certain types of mold. Local and national news, television and radio talk shows, and the Internet have all contributed to the growing fear of mold and mildew. Scientists and doctors have weighed in on the potential health hazards of mold.
Exposure to mold can produce adverse health effects through inflammation, allergy, or infection. Allergic reactions (often referred to as hay fever) are most common following mold exposure. Skin rashes or irritation Headaches, memory problems, mood swings, nosebleeds, body aches and pains, and fevers are occasionally reported in mold cases, but their cause is not understood.
If you suspect your home or business has mold, it's no time to procrastinate. Waiting around or using DIY techniques like cleaning the surface area with bleach can create a health hazard and actually cause mold to spread. The Marietta Mold Inspection experts understand that you can't afford to wait around and provides certified mold testing.
Unfortunately, the very sight of a water leak in your home can result in mold accumulating near the area of moisture. Not all indoor mold is harmful, but once it hits the surface of a damp moist area in your home, mold growth can create hazardous spores. When a homeowner or its occupants breathe in these spores, they increase their chances of getting many respiratory illnesses and allergies.

Kip was very thorough in explaining how the process works and I felt confident that he knew different types of mold and which ones to be concerned about. With his Infrared Camera, he was able to target the source of the leak that was occurring, so we could more accurately pinpoint on where we needed to test to ensure we remediated ALL areas. Highly recommend his services - much more than just testing!!
