Been using them for a couple of years and never had a problem with there service.
Be very careful when using there finance company, Marlin.
The sales guy Al, was very persistent in trying to sell me new heaters and stopped by the shop several times, and was adamant about the interest free financing, free money etc etc.
So I went ahead, had them installed only to find out that the heaters cost 8K not 5K

Our heater showed a "safety issue" at the control panel when trying to use for the first time this fall...Called Atmostemp and they came out next day on time as promised. Our technician, Justin J., was very helpful, professional and personable...He corrected the problem, then checked everything on our system to ensure it was working correctly and ready for this year's heating season. Justin explained everything every step of the way and answered all my questions.... I definitely recommend Atmostemp.... They are a great company with great techs like Justin J.

We had a clogged ac unit.....calling for service was easy. Additionally we got a call saying the technician was running late and then the technician called to say he was in route. A very professional start!!
Justin J and an assistant showed up, both clean cut , personable and knowledgeable. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it promptly. They kept me informed and explained the process.
The company is well run and the workers are a true credit to the company. They should be congratulated and rewarded.

Amazing service!!!! Appointment online was easy and fast. Shaun was our tech to fix our AC on a week with heat advisories. He was a lifesaver. He called letting us know he was on his way. Inspected the problem, able to repair it right there and then. Company came recommended by friends and they were correct!!! Shaun explained the maintenance service offered for AC and heating and it was such a great deal, we signed up right away. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

I have a contract with ATMOSTEMP and last night my AC unit malfunctioned. I called them and they came over this morning. The capacitor was shot and the tech did not have the part on his truck. He went to get one and returned about an hour later and installed a new one in about ten minutes time. I was charged $375.34 which included $307 for a new… capacitor, $45 for wire repair and $23.34 tax. Tonight I researched the capacitor and discovered it is sold at Home Depot for $95.47. They tripled the price of the capacitor and ATMOSTEMP ripped me off on this job. Way overpriced and I will be terminating

I called Atmostemp to get a quote to replacement 22 year old furnace and air conditioner and 10 yr old Hot water heater. Tony Hall the comfort advisor came out promptly . I was thoroughly please with his professionalism, and knowledge. I saw no reason to continue to look. I purchased my replacement through their Advantage plan, my worries are gone. Scott Swanson and Mike Quinn came out to do the install. They were neat, efficient, and friendly. After one night I noticed a drastic change in how comfortable my house felt.
