CAUTION TO ALL MUSICIANS: DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING INTO THIS SHOP TO BE REPAIRED. I brought a keyboard in here to be repaired. They took five weeks to look at it. After keeping it for five weeks, they gave it back to me in MUCH WORSE condition and charged me $96 for the "repair.” When I took my keyboard to another technician, he confirmed that these idiots at Pro Audio ruined my keyboard by ripping it open without disconnecting the cables first, and then did a bunch of TERRIBLE soldering work to try to cover up their mistakes. Purchased an item from Pro Audio and Andrew was very helpful in making my decision. He explained all the ins and outs of the product I purchased and even assisted me on my inability to make this work . It wasn’t the product it was more of my lack of skill. I asked him if I could return and they were gracious enough to accommodate me. I know that’s not their policy but Andrew and the owner Rob made it happen. Real friendly folks; well stocked and they'll order it if you need it. Good prices on new stuff and great prices on used! Seemingly THE brick and mortar to go to for all those pesky snakes, cords, and adapters that no one else ever has. Why wait for the mail when you can just go down there and get that dang RCA to 1/4 in. cable you've needed for weeks anyway RIGHT NOW?!

The staff helped us put together a system that fulfilled our needs. There was a delay from the manufacturer and some of the product was not received until last minute before our event. The staff dropped what they were doing to ensure that we had everything that we needed and that our system was complete and built correctly prior to our deadline. Excellent customer service!!!!!!!!

We've gone for several equipment rentals for events. Since we were prepared with the type of environment, size / layout of the area, etc., the staff (in particular Andrew) were able to show us some options for various audio and lighting equipment that perfectly met our needs.
Customer service has been top notch throughout; they certainly have earned any future business from us, even in this day and age of Amazon.

If you're sticking within the traditional realm of DJs and stage musicians...you're fine here.
If you're looking for things that are for broadcast studios like different mic arms or some other stuff that doesn't fall into one of those categories, you're pretty out of luck.
However, the staff is really helpful and friendly, and so I don't feel the need to tell you to avoid it like the plague or anything.

I will ALWAYS buy and/or rent my DJ supplies and equipment from PROAAL.
Since they've moved locations, they have a ton more space and any time I'm looking for something, they find it for me right away.
The store manager Tom is one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. He knows what he's talking about and can always point you in the right direction.
The showroom up front features all of the sound equipment and there's a lighting room in back to show off all of the awesome fixtures they have.

Pro Audio and Lighting is the best! Rob was very helpful with getting my son all set up with a new DJ system. We will definitely be back in the future - either at the Warren store or I'll shop their website. Loved the showroom and lighting room!
