We had North Shore Homes remodel the bathroom off our master bedroom, they replaced our walk in shower with a beautiful tile shower, it looks very high end, they also replaced the existing lighting and fixtures, it looks beautiful. I highly recommend North Shore Homes, Matt English was great in giving us advice.

Our project was not a large one for Brooke and Matt, but it was huge to us. We purchased a 900 square-foot, 2BR condo, and North Shore did a complete demolition and remodel for us. They did flooring, a brand new kitchen and bathroom, tile work, painting, electrical, plumbing, and several custom carpentry projects, including a large banquette facing the ocean.

We had used Northshore for another remodel, so decided to use them again without getting other bids. Since the house was being lived in we asked if care would be taken to protect the furniture, and was given assurances it would be. When we returned to the job site from our home out of state, we found furniture and flooring had not been protected. We went to Home Depot and bought plastic to put over flooring, furniture, door opening...anywhere we needed to in order to keep the construction dust out.

North Shore Homes did a complete remodel on a very tired home for us. In addition to the remodel we had them finish out a daylight basement. Our house involved a new kitchen, flooring, fireplace, 2 bathrooms, and a completely new master bedroom....in addition to new plumbing, and heating.
The home turned out beautiful, but it was not without its pain. At one point the entire from of the house facing the ocean, had to be demolished because of dry rot. Yes, this did put our budget out of whack because there were lots of areas were dry rot was found, and unplanned work had to be done.

Our Nehalem home needed a complete makeover...flooring, kitchen and bathrooms. We found Matt and Brooke through a recommendation from Home Depot. This team could not have been more helpful. Their creativity has us overjoyed with the results. They stayed on budget and on time. The 5 star rating is not nearly enough!

We asked North Shore to come build us a deck and move our old. The day we called, Matt was there to take a look. I had a plan already drawn up because I’d gone to a couple different places who all dropped me because they were too booked up. From the beginning North Shore was honest. They said they would take our project but they were busy. We only waited a month and trust me, it was worth the wait. It took a little over a week to finish and it looks amazing. There are no issues or problems. Everything was built the way it should be and is up to code. There was nothing out of the ordinary doing
