Had no issues with the blindside back in, and have had to deal with much worse. On time for my appointment and called the number to give my information to. From the time I put my trailer to the dock to being loaded and ready to go was about 20 minutes and everyone was nice. Only giving 4 stars because of the blindside but I wouldn't hesitate to go back for another load.

Pick up load with 53' dry van at building 4. Very tight dock spacing for road tractor. Only way to bump dock at that time was blindside. Check in for most loads at building 4, park on curb & they'll call you when ready. Had only one dock loading at the time.
Floor loading of wheeled plastic trash can. Be mindful not to block traffic. Light weight cargo, staff friendly and helpful.
