Luke was great! He arrived on time and was able to quickly assess the situation. He clearly explained what was wrong and provided me with my options. Luke walked me through what he would be doing and shared proper maintenance tips to keep my garage door working properly. He was also able to answer all of my questions and was very friendly.

Easy to contact and get an appointment. The technician Luke was very friendly and definitely knew what he was doing. He gave it to me straight as to what was broke and what was needed to fix it and also what was still in good condition. I definitely don't feel like I was trying to be upsold on anything I didn't need.

Precision shared the photo and information for Jesse before he arrived. He called a half hour before arriving and arrived right at the beginning of the service time window I was given. He was so nice, honest about my options for repair and very efficient! Not only did he repair the door that had been installed by another company and stopped working when the rollers came out of the track, but he activated two extra door opener genies I had previously purchased and moved a handle from the inside to the outside of the door so I could open it manually if we lost power. I will always call this company

Very happy with my two new garage doors! Both designer and installation technician were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Showed up on time and answered all my questions! Got my doors installed in less than 3 weeks and they look fantastic. Highly recommend to anyone looking for installation or service. Nice job guys!
