Choice should be your first choice in Tucson. Daniel saves us recently. Our ac unit burned up and he was able to install a new one quickly. He also had a special offer at a really nice hotel for us so we could sleep well. Pricing is great and honest! We’ve been a Choice customer at my business for 9 years. We’ve always had superior customer service. I highly recommend Daniel and Choice Air Conditioning and Heating.

Unfortunately, I recently scheduled an appointment to with Choice Air Conditioning and Heating. They did not come to service the AC during the service window. I received a voice mail stating that they could not find the address (they had it recorded incorrectly, despite it being stated correctly several times during the appointment set up). It took approximately 20 minutes from the time of their first call about the address for us to actually speak. It took so long because several attempts to contact the company were met only with voicemail. By the time we spoke, I was told that they had moved

We've used them twice now, and they will be our go-to service from now on. Daniel came both times, and was courteous, and extremely informative. He even took the time to explain some options for a possible future improvement, and we really appreciated his honesty in making suggestions regarding the cost. By helping us to better understand how our a/c works (we're recently from Colorado), we were able to adjust our thermostat settings for greater energy efficiency.

I recently had Daniel from Choice come out to do a spring service on my air conditioning unit on my townhouse. Daniel was friendly and incredibly helpful. He even offered to show me how to fix the items that needed to be repaired to save me some money! Daniel and his team at Choice are honest and act with integrity. After dealing with literally 9 other companies and what felt like a never ending nightmare, Daniel came in and listened to the whole long story.
Then he gave me our options and suggestions for how to handle different scenarios that might come up given our situation. I felt like, finally, someone was in our home who cared. Unlike others, he was never condescending, rude, or doubtful about what we went through (which has been kind of ridiculous). He took his time and explained everything in easy to understand terms.
He simply gave information and options and never tried to pressure me in any direction
