We had a gunite pool and spa built in the Summer of 2020. Todd was incredibly responsive throughout the build. He even responded to our texts when he was out to dinner at Christopher's and on vacation. While it look a while for our pool to be completed because of COVID, the final product is just beautiful and is exactly what we wanted. Unfortunately, our variable speed Hayward pump broke down in January 2021. While it was under warranty, we haven't been able to get it repaired because the part just isn't available due to a nationwide manufacturing shortage. When he found out about the delay though

Paradise Oasis Pools did a fantastic job with our pool! From design, to flexibility in late changes to the design, to always being responsive everything was top notch! I never felt like I was being upsold, in fact I had to nudge a few times to persuade them to let me spend more money.
The best part was the COMPLETE package. POP not only did the pool construction, they also fixed the irrigation, laid new sod, and thoroughly cleaned after the job! Turn Key service!

Looks like if you only want a spa, it’s not worthy of their time. Looking for another place to do business, I’m sure if you want a pool they may be ok I don’t know as all we wanted was a spa and getting a response from this place was near impossible. We went in to talk to them were told go online figure out what you want then call and place the order. Did that the person on the phone couldn’t do it and said we would revive a call back. That was two weeks ago. Tried calling back several time only to be told we will call you tomorrow when they are in the office. I was told to get everything

We could not have asked for or received BETTER Service from Todd and his Staff. Their service was Fantastic and the Quality of our House and our Pool is Outstanding! I have worked with Todd and Michelle for almost 2 years now as their pool designer. They are the most caring and down to earth people I know. They run their business with integrity and have pride in their attention to detail in both their homes and pools. My degree is in architecture and if I ever end up building my own house or pool they would be the first people I would go to!

Love our pool! I wanted something simple and functional, but stylish, high quality, and inviting..And it's all of those things and more. There are so many companies to choose from but we are so glad we used Paradise Oasis Pools. Todd and Michelle Carnes and their staff made this an easy experience. They were efficient, highly knowledgeable and patiently walked me through each of the decisions necessary for this investment. Their product is great and they finished the pool within our time frame. Would definitely recommend them!
