Currently have beautiful wood casement windows that we love. But they needed some TLC from the previous owners. We didn't like the look or cost of plastic replacement windows. G&G came in with a crew and did some type of repair on every window in our house in 3-4 hours. The crew was professional, courteous and clean. Thank you!

This company does estimates Monday through Thursday, 10am to 5pm. They don't do estimates on Fridays. At all. Ever.
I found this out on a Thursday, 24 hours before my estimate was scheduled (which - as other posters have noted - had been set for a MONTH)... and received a confirmation call for THREE DAYS AWAY.
I never would have scheduled an estimate during working hours on a Monday - I'm employed.
So if you have a full-time job, you basically need to lose money to spend money with G&G.
It might behoove them to have an EARLY day and/or a LATE DAY for estimates - maybe one Saturday a month?

Every time I have called them in the past three years, they have a VERY LONG lag time just to come do an estimate. If you are calling for a repair, it shouldn’t take 3weeks or more to get someone to at least do an estimate. What are you supposed to do in the meantime with your broken window. Let the weather, bugs and everything else come in? Also person on the phone is RUDE! She doesn’t give a dam and clearly has no customer service!

Our installers name was Bobby. From the time he walked in the door he was nothing less than professional, easy going, polite and friendly. he proceeded to get his work done in a very timely basis and when he left you wouldn't have known he was there except for the work he did. Wore shoe covers in the house and took them on and off as necessary. I would and will recommend them to anyone who I know is looking for there services! Two thumbs up!

The results are incredible! I didn't want to replace the original wood framed windows with "replacement" windows. I like the look of the wood. G&G did a great job. The glass is clear again, no more "fog" between the panes. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is because of the limited hours they are open.

Sales Office is very rude. We had an appointment on April 22 at 1 p.m. He showed at 11:20 when we were not home. We could not discuss the work with him since we were not there. Called on April 23, April 30, May 6 and then 2 calls on May 13 requesting a quote. Salesmen was very rude and told us he was busy. This was 3 weeks of waiting for a quote for a job he wasn't going to do. Horrible way to do business. Run from this company.
To be treated this rudely and to make all those calls and get a run around is bad business. Consumers need to know when a business behaves badly. Instead
