I got a dressing down by the head of this gutter company. The workers mistakenly came by one Friday, not scheduled, and I sent them away. I was leaving the house right at that moment. So I told them I would see them the following Friday for my actual appointment. Concerned, I left three phone messages and one email. I didn't hear back from the company to confirm it. Not a word. I was confused. So the owner called up the morning of the scheduled appt and talked about my "anger and bitterness," and did I really want them to come to do the work right then. There were more awful words

I was told (by a rude and discombobulated front desk woman) that someone would call me to let me know a price for a simple gutter cleaning. Instead, someone arrived one day that week to clean the gutters and couldn't tell me a price, cleaned the gutters, then I was sent a bill for $225 in the mail! Super expensive and just a generally messy business all around.

I used them when they were Grateful Gutters, every year, to clean my gutters and they were very good. Now that they are Gorilla Gutters, they have been most unreliable and unprofessional. They missed two appointments, and I waited for them to show up at the appointed time. No show. No one answering the phone during business hours, voice mail box full. This is not a serious business, and I will have to find another service to clean my gutters. Huge disappointment.

Gorilla Gutters has been cleaning and inspecting our gutters annually for about 10 years now. We have never had any problems with the gutters but know that Gorilla Gutters brings with them the ability to repair anything that is broken.
We really appreciate their service and carefulness with our roof too. One gorilla said he could not go on our roof because he had put on weight and our roof, he knew, could only take certain amounts of weight per square foot. So these are very careful gorillas! Thank you!!

They were prompt in providing an estimate but didn't call to ask for any details. That should have been my first warning sign. They were very easy to schedule, which should have been a second warning sign. Their price beat all competitors so I went with them. But, I don't see any signs that they cleaned my gutters. In fact, the one corner where I know moss was growing and dripping water days after rain continued to do so after they "cleaned." My contractor found moss and material in the same corner, as if they didn't clean at all. I sent them a video of the problem

James came by the other day to do an adjustment -add an elbow-- and cleaning the very day before it started raining this season.
The problem I had with water dumping off my roof onto my foundation is solved.
I highly recommend Gorilla Gutters. They do excellent work and it's clear they care a lot about the work they do.

I used this company in the past and they were ok which why I was so surprised by their terrible job and lack of professionalism this time. They only cleaned part of my gutters. I found out when I had additional work done on my roof and the contractor told me that one side of my home's gutters was clogged and full of debris. As soon as it rained, water was pouring over the gutters which had not been cleaned. They were supposed to clean the inside and the outside of the gutters, instead they only cleaned the inside on 3/4 of my house. When I called them to ask them to come back, they were incredibly

I woke up Tues. before Thanksgiving and a piece of my gutter was hanging off!
I called three places and Gorilla Gutters immediatley called back and to my pleasant surprise came to the house that morning, repaired my gutter and then proceeded to go above and beyond what I expected. It was like I had a good friend helping me out.
I highly recommend James and his crew!! Very professional, good price and FAST!
My house looks great and my gutters are cleaned and ready for the winter rains!

I am a first time home buyer and I was looking to ensure that the gutters on my new home were clean and ready for the upcoming rainy season. I called Gorilla Gutters and within 24 hours they came out to visually inspect my home. I didn't have to schedule, coordinate or take time off of work, they came out and made their recommendation for a cleaning and test. Again, they followed up by actually doing the work with 24-48 hours.
The price was very reasonable for the cleaning and they found some weakspots with a couple of my existing downspouts during testing. I love that they are responsive
