Mid day on December 23rd Comfort Connection made time to diagnose my broken gas furnace. By noon on Christmas eve Stefan & Sergey had a new unit installed and heating my home. These guys were excellent to work with. All of them were knowledgeable, professional and honest. As we head into a week of below freezing weather I am very happy with my purchase.

Steven is a great communicator and his team is exceptionally thorough and efficient. A part needed to be ordered to fix my AC unit and things were done on time as promised, and he kept me updated throughout the process. He took his time to explain what the issue was in a way that was easy to understand for a clueless first time homeowner and gave me recommendations for future maintenance. Strongly recommend Comfort Connection!
Our AC unit's capacitor was blown out during the heatwave in late June. We were pretty devastated because the household had small kids. We contacted a few HVAC places in the morning, and Steven got back to us within an hour. HVAC service was in high demand, but we were lucky that he had a team in the same area. They came by our place before starting another job and fixed the issue within hours after we reached out. Much appreciated the flexibility and quickness!
Our payment was also very quick as they could take our credit card by phone.

Comfort Connection really went above and beyond during the 2021 record heat wave! I called for help on a Friday and got same day service! I was very lucky and Comfort Connection is amazing. Steven picked up the phone directly when I called, and Sergei and he were able to show up 20 minutes later. They quickly confirmed the problem and changed the capacitor. Their rates are reasonable, they are very friendly, and service was speedy and impeccable. I am embarrassed to have taken my HVAC systems for granted over the years - and so I am looking forward to having them perform annual maintenance on our systems.

I could not be more pleased! It is the hottest day ever 116° today! And we woke up to no cold air. I called about 30 companies and finally got these guys on the phone. Steven was so helpful! He helped me trouble shoot over the phone. He was straight with me and told me due to the amount of calls he may not have someone out today and to keep calling around to see if I could get someone out.
But before I could get anyone on the phone Joseph showed up at my door! He fixed the problem within 20 minutes and was so nice!

My family is sitting cool and comfortable on this scorching hot week in Portland thanks to Steven and his team. Everyone he employees is very talent and does great work.
Initially I was hesitant to leave a review as getting them to do a follow up visit was very hard, but I had caught them in the middle of a new office transfer and training new employees. We also had some unpleasant neighbor experiences due to where we decided to install one of our units. Steven went out of his way to personally talk to my irate neighbor to mend things over. Then later moved the unit to a better location. He apologized

Steven, Cody, and Daniel were great! Even during the busiest time of the year, they scheduled a service call right away. After diagnosing the issue, they ordered a part and installed it as soon as it arrived at the warehouse. Super friendly and the furnace is now working again. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because of a few lapses in communication, as others have mentioned. I think they would benefit from having an organized dispatcher to stay on top of things. But I just politely and persistently called throughout the process and ended up happy with the price and the results.

Absolutely stellar service. I was looking to install a wireless thermostat with a receiver on my furnace because my thermostat is upstairs and on hot days, I have to adjust it a few times a day to keep from freezing downstairs due to the temperature differential. Steve suggested an Ecobee 4 with a remote sensor - the advice was unsolicited and free of charge.
I bought the Ecobee and found it a little complicated to install myself. Steve had one of his people come by the next day and install it efficiently, courteously and for the proper price. He called to follow up on the installation too.

Our AC went down over the weekend and Steven from Comfort Connection came out to fix. The entire experience was outstanding and he was able to quickly diagnose and resolve the issue. He also provided some great advice on next steps for our older AC unit. We will definitely be going back to Comfort Connection the next time we have an AC issue.

I was actually waiting to contact other service providers because I wanted to work with Comfort Connection based on the number of positive reviews, and I feel extremely disappointed in my interactions with Steven.
I know communicating on the weekend is difficult and sometimes undesired, but I would have totally understood and accepted if he simply let me know that he was unable to help or that he would get back to me on a different day during the week. Instead I was pretty much ignored which feels inconsiderate and unprofessional.
1st attempt to contact - called on Thurs 7/16 11:30 am and left

I called 5 top rated Air Conditioning companies. Steven told me he wanted me to get other quotes before he came to quote. I always like multiple quotes so I liked this. Out of the 5 quotes, Comfort Connections quote was the lowest by a good size percentage of the total cost of installing AC! They came in and the tech who installed was professional and knowledgeable! We've only used it a few times since install, but I am very pleased with this company and their service!

My furnace stopped working last Sunday. One company told me it would be $1200 to replace the inducer motor. Since my furnace was 25 years old I decided to replace it instead, and add central AC. I got 4 quotes, one from Comfort Connection. Steven was driving home from work when he got my call and made a detour to come give me a quote right then. He recommended a lower BTU furnace which no one else had, but after he explained why it made sense for my 1913 house. The price was also right!
