Called to inquire about a custom glass shower enclosure. Was told I needed to come into the showroom to schedule an appointment for them to measure even if I knew what I wanted already. No problem. Came into the showroom and started looking around. It was like pulling teeth for them to guide me through the process, as if they had never done this before. Two ladies in the showroom were whispering behind my back about me (assuming I couldn’t hear them 2 feet away?) and I was made extremely uncomfortable. Excellent Customer Service. I go to them every time I have an order. I've only had one issue in probably 10 or more times doing business where one of my pieces of glass was missing and they made it right. They hand delivered it to me the same day. Every other time, everything has been perfect and the pricing is reasonable. That is all you can ask of any business

I had the best experience. One of our windows had a crack in it and we needed to get a new pane of glass. I have three kids; 4, 2, and 7 months and when I came back to get my fixed window the receptionist met me outside my car with the bill so I didn't have to get the kids out of the car. She even brought the window out and placed it in my car. Such a great small business relationship with costumers. I will definitely return and recommend. Thank you.
