I would not recommend with so many better options in PA. The place I chose in PA, was $3500 less than this company. My Story: I was quoted a price about 6 months before my move, after selling a few things I was told it would cost me more money to rerun the numbers than to calculate the lower weight of my stuff. They only guess the weight and amount of packing that they will do...and they want 100% upfront (big red flag). Poor customer service as I had many ignored emails and phone calls. Again, I do not recommend.

Central van and storage headquartered in Pittsburgh and operating in West Virginia was a major disappointment. Two years ago we moved two houses into one and the crew from central van and storage were phenomenal. Worked quickly, wrapped the furniture, and were exceedingly professional. Because of that positive experience we choose them once again for our latest move. The crew showed up at 9:00 a.m. And took their first break at 10:15 a.m. They broke one of the sliding Windows on my antique barrister's book case. Our armoire and chest of drawers were severely nicked up. They broke one of our

We recently moved from WV to Texas. They showed up when they said they would to both pack and load. Packers were personable. And coordinator was great. Many phone calls to check on progress.
Truck arrived in Texas a day early (after calling to see if ok) which was a great thing. Again. Movers were personable and did a great job.
While there were def some things that went wrong; we were missing some shelving, they were quick to file the claim and actually found it. They are making the arrangements to send it to us. The claim process was painless and they really did what they could to remedy
