Locksmith 911 Service

I need a new key for my vehicle. That service is listed as a service that’s provided, but when I called to ask about the services the man was nice on the phone but the don’t provide that service. My one star is for that alone.

We thought the service was very good, but the prices were crazy high. We had the cylinder come out of our deadbolt and couldn't open the door. He was there within 45 minutes and had to drill out the cylinder. That was very expensive. Then we needed to replace the deadbolt but wanted the same key to match the door knob--that didn't happen. We ended up getting new knob and deadbolt and then he charged to install it (which was pretty high) but he did a good job. Prices were not shared until the end so we did get a nice new deadbolt and knob and he was very good at his job, but the prices were much

Amazing service! They arrived within 20 minutes or less & took care of unlocking & rekeying all of my doors. Their prices are very reasonable as well. I’m here from out of state to take care of an inherited house & they even offered contacts for repairmen, etc if I needed it. I highly recommend this business!

They were absolutely amazing! Showed up within 30 minutes of us calling and had the truck unlocked within 5 minutes of being here! And the price was very reasonable, definitely a happy customer.

Technician was 2 hours late, then charged me $117 just to drill out a padlock on my utility trailer. He even used my crowbar to hold the lock steady. Didn't speak English. They are ran out of east Philadelphia. The 863 number is not to a local business. Nothing but a rip off.

Brian and his wife Joy are great. They respond fast and are polite and know there job. They work with you to get the job done. Prices are very reasonable. In our case it was a very difficult lock but they stuck to it until it worked right. thanks Brian and Joy for all your help.
