Working with Bill Derocher and his team has always been a pleasure. I've worked with the Derocher family for over 30 years and they have always been honest and easy to work with on the larger projects we cooperate on. Their custom homes are among some of the nicest, well built and detailed homes we work on. Bill's business acumen is one of the finest I've seen and has never let us down. All the bad reviews I see are from people who don't exist and obviously don't know the Derocher team and are trolling for some unknown reason.

The team at Custom Homes by Derocher exceeded my expectations, and I am a tough customer. I have built and remodeled homes for the past 20+ years, and I chose Custom Homes by Derocher to build my new home, a complicated build with intricate truss work and details throughout. Building a house has many challenges including weather, suppliers, employees, materials and expectations.Custom Homes by Derocher has been very professional to work with. The owner is extremely involved with the company and knows about each house being built. Their sales/design team and trades people are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I would use them for my next home.

Hiring Derocher was easily one of the top 5 worst decisions I have ever made. There isnt enough time or space in this form to list all of the horrible issues I experienced throughout the process, and my home is still not completely done. Do not be fooled by Bill Derocher, and his feigning respect. I am one of many, who I met personally, who have regretted hiring this "builder."

AVOID!!! It took Derocher Homes 3 times as long to finish my project than was quoted. Padded their hours, and caught billing "mistakes" on top of it. Very deceptive, and dishonest. Once the ability to bill you is gone, they are nowhere to be found. I couldnt think of a worse nightmare to be in. Ive got more than 10 items that need to be redone because they werent dont right. Their contractors wont stand by their work, so I have to find new ones to fix their mistakes. Such a nightmare.
