We recently completed a pool and spa construction project. We have built pools with two other companies in the past, and Barton Pools is by far the best we have worked with. Jeff Barton and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and pay attention to the closest detail They have years of experience and it shows in the final product. They are easy to work with and we could not be happier with them and highly recommend Barton Pools to anyone considering building a pool.

This company is so good. Reasonably priced, responsive and professional . Kris is always patient despite her heavy workload in taking our calls and we've made several after buying an older pool needing numerous and even last minute repairs or upgrades. Victor who provides weekly maintenance also so courteous and friendly. Also excellent job installing beautiful new tile.

We decided to use Barton’s Pools because my father is friends with the owner Jeff’s dad, and we wanted to support his business. They were quick to come out and open the pool and did a decent job, however as the technicians were leaving I noticed that the pool pump wasn’t keeping primed. I made a call to the office and spoke with Kris who was very helpful and had a different tech come out right away and get it working properly. They were not able to vacuum the pool at the time of opening (which I understand), so they were supposed to vacuum during their first visit of weekly service.

We we're out of town and needed the pool cleaned. I called around requesting info regarding a full service pool cleaning and Barton Pool's seemed like a solid option. I ended up moving forward with them and scheduled the service for Tuesday, 6.18.
I followed up with them via email the day of to make sure they had everything they needed and how to get in the backyard. They we're pleasant and told me they would add those notes to the appointment. I had our neighbor go check the pool on Wednesday (6.19) afternoon to see if it was cleaned--it was still green. I waited for a couple of days to hear

Horrible Experience. Gave them the simple task of taking off the cover from my pool. They dumped all of the debris from the top into my pool and wanted to charge me more to clean this up. Had been with Pate's previous 6 years and every time they opened pool, it was clear / pool / no debris. Then I talked to owner, and he said that always happens. Fine, a few leaves, that are to clean up - but not a ton. Also, they said they dumped debris to side, but there were no piles any where like normal. Also, they did not clean or fold tarp.
