We have a commercial ice machine for our business that wasn't working and Cody came out, diagnosed the problem and ordered parts. When the parts came in Cody came back out and replaced the parts and our machine is back up and running. We have used Up the Creek's services before to fix our commercial sandwich board and they have responded quickly and got us up and running with no fuss. I would highly recommend them.

Our AC went on the fritz a couple of days ago and with 2 small children under 2, it was so important to get the house cool again. Of all the companies in the valley with 2 week wait times, Up the Creek Heating and Air saw us the next day and was able to fix the issue with no problem in under 30 minutes.

Had our air conditioner stop cooling our house on a 104 degree day. After sweating the night away in a 90 degree house I called Up the creek Heating and Air at 6 am. got a call back to say they had a cancellation and could be at my house by 8 am. The repairman showed up around 8 and had my problem fixed in about 1/2 hour! Super nice, quick and efficient! MANY THANKS!!

Up The Creek answered our call for help within 12 hours. They sent a person to diagnose the next afternoon. We had a quote the very next day. Once approved, Alex was sent in two days with parts to make the repair. Alex was a terrific young man. Quite knowledgeable and friendly, too. Explained the issue and how he intended to fix. Absolutely will use them in the future!
