DO NOT use this company. The owner does not respect people, let alone people of color. Very unprofessional and rude. I was told dumpster would cost one price. After the dumpster was picked up, was charged extra $200 without warning and office was evasive with answer. Escalated to owner who called me a liar. NOT transparent. Received "contract" which explained extra charge after charge was disputed on cc and charged a "spite" fee for being overweight after dispute. The dumpster was picked up half full. Things will not end well for you and your company.

Be cautious in having dealings with this company. Employees are liars and are deviants. An employee was driving a truck from this company and struck me from behind as i was driving on Highway 85. After he hit me...he transferred abruptly to another lane and tried to run away from the scene. I actually had to get back on the highway and had to follow him to try to get his license plate number. There was not any license plate on his truck. (Now, i understand why) He finally drove off to the side, after realizing i was pursuing him. Quite possibly the worst dumpster company in the world.
I paid $315 for a dumpster for 10 days when I was moving into my new house to throw away household trash. When the dumpster arrived I was super offended. It was disgusting . Super rusty and had wholes all in the bottom.
You have to call and tell them when to pick up the dumpster. I told them to come get that massive eye sore out of my driveway and it took them 4 days to come.
Also, the dumpster was so rusty that the rust ran out on my driveway, and left a huge outline when it rained. Now the entire driveway has to be pressure washed because

This is a terrible company with dishonest drivers! One of their drivers pulled over on my mother while driving down the highway, hit & seriously damaged her car, and then LIED to the police officer about what happened. As a result, she now has to pay for her own car repairs and their truck (of course) was left mostly unscathed. If I were looking for a company to handle a service like this for me, I'd look elsewhere for a company with more honest business practices and employees with more integrity.

I booked a 20 yard dumpster over the phone and I was told it will be delivered .Normally Companies tell you the time frame they will come , Georgia power is an example when u turn on power .This company sent the dumpster at 7 am in the morning and I wasn't there since I expected it will be delivered at normal business hours (8 am to 6 pm) and I got charged $250 dollars for $400 dollar Dumpster.Since I wasn't informed the time frame , In my opinion , this is a rip off !

They advertise one thing and do another. They say same day delivery or next day on the website which is full of BS. They say one thing on the phone and then lie when you call back in. Worst service and way to over priced. $700 for a 20 yard half full of dirt. They charge your card after they come up with a bull shot overage number. We tell them to come pick up the dumpster on Tuesday and they come the following Monday. I do like all the made up reviews they have as well.

Why can't you give zero stars?? Oh well. They dropped off a 20' dumpster by our garage, late by hours to the appointment. Delayed work. Then refused to take it away the two times they came to get it, charging hundreds extra for revisits (which they don't tell you about beforehand). Foul mouthed owner who is known to yell at customers. Drivers who don't care. Very, very frustrating experience.

This is the worst company to work for. They are very unprofessional. This is a Mom and Pop company and all they care about is making money. They could care less about their employees. They talk down to their employees. The part of the office where the employees sit is dirty deplorable and filthy.There is one restroom. The men outside use the restroom inside also so you can imagine how nasty it is. There is no portable potty outside. There is no hot water in the building at all and the office is located in a really bad area. The dispatcher that they currently have is really rude and unprofessional

I gave them 1 star because there isn't an option to give 0 stars. They lost our first pickup order, then were 3 days late picking up, even though they promised every day that they would be there. Then the driver dumped part of the load on the driveway and had an attitude about cleaning it up. They refused to give any type of credit or refund and accepted zero responsibility for their actions.
