My name is Bobby Nichols, along with my wife Kata, I currently own and operate SERVPRO of Kankakee County. I'm a father of 2 beautiful little girls and have been married to my best friend and business partner Kata for ten years. They motivate me to be the best I can be and to work hard every day. After calling Servpro of Kankakee they were at our house inside of a 2hr. Our water heater had failed and had flooded most of our basement. They brought in plenty of fans and dehumidifiers. They moved all furniture and household items to the dry areas of the basement and removed the affected padding. They were very attentive to our needs. They set up contractors for the water heater replacement and for the padding replacement. Hands down the best company to call. They took care of everything for us. It was such a relief. They took care of everything with our insurance company and made the process

They were amazing, after I originally contacted my insurance company they called servpro and servpro did the rest. Lou Dal Santo was awesome, he walked me thru every step of the process and checked on progress daily until the job was completed both by phone and in person. He would come out and make sure the work was done to our satisfaction. His team was professional in every sense of the word. I can not say enough about Lou and his team. ***** 5 star rating. I had a leak in my garage roof that caused the drywall to get damaged. They sent a POD out and they were there every step of the way. Lou

Bobby, Mike and Osie did a great job cleaning up after the Herscher Flood. The removed sewage water from our basement cleaned it up and restored the finished basement to better than before condition. I would recommend these guys for any job.

He's intelligent, compassionate, funny and has reached every goal he's sought after!

In a time of complete despair I felt like nothing was ever going to be right again, lost family memories & a lifetime of stuff. Then serv pro came out & not only made my house a home again but the compassion and positivity they brought with truly helped get through one of the most difficult times of our life.
