I just wanted to say how amazing Hannah was helping us out when our septic tank stopped working and was overflowing in our finished basement late Friday night. I have used them 2 different times. First time they pumped my septic tank just a routine maintenance and second I had them to jet or clean out a gutter drain pipe outside that was clogged. They was very professional. Showed up right on time there equipment worked. Just all around really good people. I will definitely use them again and will suggest them to anyone.

Had septic system problems, and didn't know where the tank was. Dinsmore came down and located it real quick. Had to do some digging to get to the clean out, I won't have to do that again, they fixed it for easy access. Will most definitely recommend Dinsmore to anyone need their septic tank pumped out. Super nice people! I have had septic tank pumped before, and that is all the other company did. Dinsmore found the main lid, which I wasn't even aware of, and not only pumped the tank, but actually washed and cleaned it out, and ran a bagger through my clean out, to be sure there was not a blockage! They typically have about 200 feet of hose, for hard to reach, soft yards, or in my case, buried utilities that you can't drive over. Not only did they do a fantastic job, but they were cheaper than everyone else. They have a very nice new truck, and let my little boy sit in the drivers seat, and honk

They were able to fit me in their schedule and answer all my questions. Very friendly, quick, and helpful. Great service and price.
