It seems you have a professional problem with the person who answers the phones. My wife called and left two messages about her car. The lady said no messages and really didn’t care . Also the fact that you make consumers call their own car dealership about their car window according to the person who answered the phone is not good for business. S & H Auto Glass says they call the dealership about the car window, and more for the customer. Not sure why you don’t go the extra mile. Letting our insurance company know that maybe they shouldn’t advertise for you since you guys make it difficult

I needed a sliding glass door. After playing phone tag for weeks, I was finally able to get someone to come over, but he didn't show up. I called the office, and they sent him back out, and then he was super rude to me, telling me that he knocked and no one answered, which was a kid lie. After checking out the door, I never heard back, until I started another weeks- long game of phone tag. Finally, I got them to order the door, which, during Covid times, took months to arrive. Eureka Glass us our "go to" glass store in Eureka! Whatever we need/want they do it for us in the way of glass! Whether it is glass shelves or prices on shower enclosures and sliding doors! And they are also very "female friendly"...they treat everyone the same regardless of gender!

The lady Angel was super rude and unprofessional. We called 2 months ago for an estimate, she stated they had to have someone come out to measure the window(which was in about 6-8weeks). Then setting us up with there installation fees when we told them we had someone to install it she got mad and started saying that we had to get new measurements done by the person who was installing it. It has now been almost 2 months of waiting cause she clearly doesn't know how to do her job right.

First, we have used these folks to replace windows and do new shower enclosures for our homes in Trinidad and before Bayside. Their local installer was great and did a good job but their office lady was the most unprofessional rude person who has no business in my opinion dealing with the public . My rub comes in when I asked for a quote to tint our home windows. They came back with a quote that was insane cost wise. When I questioned it their response was they are the only game in town so they can charge these rates. Mind you we just spent several thousand dollars on their other work for us so

We had broke a window in our home, I called Eureka Glass last night around 4 pm the receptionist told us if we came in at 8 am when they open that we could get it fixed. We got there at 8 am like she said a very nice man looked at our window, quoted us a price & told us it would be about an hour we came back at 9am & it was done!! We were very pleased with their courteous & speedy service!! Plus they took all of the glass that had shattered out of our window pane!! Thank you Eureka Glass!! We call you speedy glass!!

They first fixed my windshield's passenger side trim when the shop in Arcata hadn't correctly installed it, then a couple weeks later they ordered on OEM windshield and two new pieces of trim because the shop in Arcata couldn't get it right. Do not go to the Arcata shop, go to McKinleyville! They were so kind, quick, and easy to work with.

For actual glass work, Eureka Glass in McKinleyville seems to be okay.
As for how customers are treated, there are problems.
First, they refuse to allow waiting customers to use the bathroom. This is disrespectful to customers because:
A. The customer is paying the business for work to be done.
B. The customer is waiting in their office for at least an hour if not longer.
C. Some customers have conditions that simply don't allow for them to wait and wait and not relieve themselves.
Second, the receptionist in the office is allowed to have her children socializing with her and sitting in

Most people are more likely to write a review when they have a negative experience. Not sure what happened with the two people who gave very negative ratings, but I decided to write this review because I just had my second interaction with Eureka Glass and both were very positive. In my first experience, they were 20% less than their competition and were friendly. Second experience today, staff was again very friendly and cut my glass immediately so I did not have to come back for it. Based on my two experiences, I recommend them.
