I would never recommend this business. When the owner came to measure our floor, he assured us that they would level out the floor before installation. We were especially concerned about a bump in the floor where the concrete living room floor and the wooden kitchen floor meet. First order and installation took an incredibly long amount time. Covid was an excuse several times, which is allowable. But we felt like we’d been lied to with excuses as many times as they may have been truthful to us. The first floor was installed and where the two floors met there was a dip in the flooring

The lady at the front desk is very rude and not helpful at all. I called to ask about some flooring for a computer room and when I asked for a general price she literally laughed at me like I was asking some unreasonable question. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I will never shop hear again, it’s sad that a local business doesn’t have enough common sense to have decent customer service.

Our favorite place to go for flooring. When we picked out new carpet for our house they were really great about finding us the best deal and something that would feel great. We were unsure what to put in our bath but Rodney recommended a nice flooring and we love it, we have had many compliments that floor in particular. They have a beautiful showroom and their staff is friendly.
