Experienced fellow. Seems honest and gets there when schedule allows. Not a big place so you get personal touch that you might not from a big box store. Happy with his work despite things just costing what they cost (out of his control I think). The kind of place you don't mind going back to.

I called LG on May 2nd because it no longer kept things cold. A short view of the owners manual showed our 2 year old refrigerator with parts only left on the warranty. LG texted Mitch's repair number to me and on May 3rd I called. On May 6 Mitch showed up. After a quick diagnosis he told me the compressor and a few other parts were bad. He handed me a bill of $1135.00. I told him it should be just pasts as the warranty is still in effect for all but labor. He said since LG is so slow about paying him back he wanted me to pay him right then and make a claim to LG. Something did not sound right

Mitch provides knowledge around kitchen appliances and washing machines and dryer that has proved very valuable for both the economies of purchasing new vs. fixing and purchasing the right used appliance. In addition he is the repairman of preference by local hardware stores and national manufacturers. He knows his stuff! And provides a very professional service at a moment's notice.

Called on my refrigerator, had to wait till Friday to get here. Then went ahead an had him order the part he said would fix it, and it took another whole week. The total “repair” came to 280ish and gave $300 for the bill, because he didn’t have change. The part said needed, cost $150, when I found it for $80. I understand mark up but damn near double. Put the part in and didn’t fix the problem. Lol Called an told the guy an he said he couldn’t come until Friday, which was another 6 days. Meanwhile food is going in the trash over this so called “repairman” I ended up figuring the problem

I think Mitch's Appliance is very knowledgable and great to work with. I've called him several times and he always does exactly as he says. He most recently fixed my ice maker and it was done quick - and right the first time. I see a few complaints here, but I bet they did not try to work it out with the company. I've found them VERY reasonable and kind.

We used Mitch’s Appliance to fix an issue with our oven. He knew exactly what it needed ordered the part and had it fixed in no time. Very Reliable. I would definitely use Mitch’s Appliance again and recommend him to anyone.

We were in need of a repair man for a washer and Mitch came to the rescue and repaired our machine. Quincy does not have any repair people that will work on machines, but Mitch comes to Quincy every Wednesday for those who need his service.
