Brazil Roofing just replaced our 20+ year old roof. Since they are busy we had to wait several months but it was worth the wait! In two half days they completed the whole thing. All the guys were fast and clearly knew their craft. Each day the guys cleaned the yard so there was no trash or debris on the yard. The staff were polite and respectful and Justin Brazil is the best to work with!

These guys replaced smaller portions of roof on my townhouse a couple of years ago. They did a fantastic job and the leak over my garage was fixed. My prior roof had OSB hanging into the gutter which, during heavy downpours, would have water soak and rot the OSB. Brazils trimmed the plywood perfectly so that wont happen again. And, best of all, they offer reasonable prices and were timely to come install the new portions of roof. I hope to do business with them again in the future.

Sorry to do this, but we recently bought a house that had been reroofed two years prior. It was done by Brazil's Roofing. As we were going over the home owners inspection we noticed that they had installed the ceiling vent very poorly which caused a piece of plywood to sustain major wood rot. We called Brazil's and the came out and replaced the boards and fixed the vent. Upon further inspection we noticed that the very board that they replaced was not nailed down to the trim. So we had them back out to fix it. Upon further inspection the problem is still not fixed and we are going into the rainy

Their cost for replacing the whole roof was in the middle of three bids. I gave the job to them since a neighbor changed their roof through them. Big mistake! I'm dissatisfied with them for the following reasons:
1. They said the gutter will be vacuumed clean afterwards, which they did not do, and there are lots of debris from the roofing work.
2. I found a window was broken after they were done. I did not catch them doing that. But the window was perfectly fine the day before they started working. I called them, and their attitude was very bad. They said they had good names and they have

Had a mixed experience with Brazil's. They came highly recommended.
The good- I originally called for a leaky roof during a very rainy period. Justin came right out, hopped on the roof, found it was just some debris around the vent, and cleaned it off, no charge. Awesome!
The bad- I then asked if he could also clean off the roof. He said sure, but warned me they charge more than most since they don't pressure wash, they do it by hand. No problem, I did not want my roof pressure washed, since it degrades the roof. Typically, I have paid around $250 for the roof to be hand cleaned.

Had a windstorm rip off a large portion of our roofing at our rental( 4 hrs away from where we live). We called and they had someone out within 24 hrs to inspect the roof and 2 days later had it fixed at a very reasonable price.
This is the second time we've called on Brazil's for roofing needs and they've always been prompt, courteous and done quality work. Highly recommend them.

They are about as good as any roofing company. That is to say they are sketchy characters who don't much care about anything but getting your money and being done quickly.
They did not get a building permit prior to doing the work. They used nails too long for the plywood sheathing so they all blew through the plywood at the overhang splintering the wood underneath which looks like crap. They tried to say that is required by current code but it's not, full penetration of nails into the wood is not the same as using too long nails blowing clean through and out the other side. They left

One of our two skylights leaked and it proofed to be the flashing. Brazil's beat the price of Roof Doctors by over $300 (for both skylights) and we accepted. They had a whole crew come out quickly and they were done in about 1.5 hours. We had to call them back because both windows were not sitting propperly and some of the plaster had fallen off the ceiling from the pounding. The came back the same day and placed the windows in correctly and attempted to fix the missing plaster (not very well). The crew was friendly but I will need to wait till the next rain before I can say that their work
