John, the owner, and Ricardo & his crew are very professional and do QUALITY work. We had them do several large jobs for us and they are beautiful. I had a specific design in mind as a rustic lodge look combined with native East Texas and they did a spectacular job creating it.
We had just moved in with an inoperable but very large sprinkler system which they got up and running for us.
They added St. Augustine grass in October prepping and leveling the area first in a very large space that was mainly dirt. The grass went dormant of course in fall but made it through 10 days of snow perfectly

I rarely write negative reviews as I'm often too busy to write them, but when John refused to finish a job for me unless I wrote and mailed him a letter claiming I would never leave a review regarding my negative experience with All Seasons Landscaping, that basically was the straw that broke the camel's back!
First of all, be ready to be nickeled and dimed for every little thing once they begin the work. One of the contracted jobs we had him do was was to put in a rock garden on both sides of our building. Well, if your idea of a rock garden is some rocks thrown against the wall of your home

After receiving bids from several companies for the installation of a french drain and rework of my sprinkler system, it was obvious through conversations with John that I wanted to use his company. John is very knowledgeable about irrigation and offered suggestions as to the best methods of installation. John assured me the work would be done correctly and in a timely manner, which it was. I could not be happier with the quality of work that Chuck and his team did to neatly install the french drain, overlay with healthy sod, cutting precision holes in the curb and making sure to concrete them

I contacted John to provide me with a bid to install a French drain in my yard to carry water from my backyard to the street. John arrived promptly on the day we agreed to meet. He asked me several questions, surveyed the problem area, and we discussed potential solutions. He prepared a bid for my review. I was impressed with John’s thoroughness and I felt like his bid was reasonable so I hired him on the spot.

*Posting on behalf of a patient that I work for named Herman Gibson* .Very dissatisfied with the job that John and his workers did.john was hired to replace the whole front yard with St Augustine grass which he did but the grass was half dead and is still dying and not taking root.the grass was not fertilized or placed in the yard correctly and they did not level the ground out before placing the grass.he then charged my patient another 80$ for two small bags of fertilizer to try and get the dead grass to grow.would strongly recommend using another landscaper.my patient was told by John's own workers
